Site work and infrastructure of Vietnam Korean industrial park basically completed

(BGO) – The first phase of Vietnam Korean Industrial Park in
Viet Yen district (Bac Giang province) totally covers 50 hectares, 49 hectares
of which were cleared by the district People’s Committee, reported local
competent agency.
The investor to this industrial park is Fuji Phuc Long Development Company Limited who was handed over more than 48 hectares of land by the Government to invest in the infrastructure and attract sub-investors.

So far, the investor has basically completed the site work, control building, guard house, rest house, warehouse, base for lighting pillar, substation and utilities for 22kV wire, waste water treatment station as well as curbed all routes in the industrial park.
Four sub-investors from China, Korea and Vietnam have constructed the factories to produce electronic component, solar panel and medical equipment.

Bac Giang ensures progress of site clearance for industrial parks
(BGO) - This year, Bac Giang province ranks ninth in the
country in terms of foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction. In order to
lure more FDI, the provincial People's Committee is focusing on directing
agencies and localities to speed up the site clearance for newly and expanded
industrial parks (IPs) in order to hand over the land to infrastructure
investors on schedule.

province has issued Decision to approve for the local adjustment of Zoning
Planning to build expanded Quang Chau industrial park (IP) in Viet Yen district
(ratio 1/2000).
Bac Giang enhances management of investment, import and export in industrial parks

Giang province and Department of Bac Ninh Customs on November 24 held a
ceremony to ink the cooperative principle in state managing the investment,
export and import in local industrial parks.
Bac Giang to merge industrial clusters into industrial parks
(BGO) - In order to create conditions for businesses
investing in Bac Giang to enjoy preferential policies, and help manage
industrial production activities effectively, Bac Giang province plans to merge
six industrial clusters into industrial parks by 2030, with two mergers to be
done between now and 2025.
Investment policy to expand Quang Chau industrial park approved
(BGO) – Deputy Prime Minister Le Van
Thanh has inked Decision No.1320/QD-TTg approving the investment policy for the
project to build the infrastructure and do business at the expanded Quang Chau
industrial park in Bac Giang province (Project).
