Vietnam win bronze medal in badminton women’s team at SEA Games 31
The first game witnessed competition between world No.10 badminton player Pornpawee Chochuwong of Thailand versa Indonesian player Putri Kusuma Wardani. Thailand athlete won overall match after tw o games.

In next women’s doubles game, Thailand still proved high level and better competition spirit by consecutive victory in two games, helping the delegation lead 2-0 at the final.
At the third one, Supanida Katethong of Thailand continued winning over Indonesian Stephani and made Thailand champion at the event.

Finishing the final match, the Organization Board awarded gold medals to Thailand delegation, silver to Indonesia, bronze to Vietnam and Singapore.
