Accordingly, the research area is located at Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district. It borders Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway to the North, production forest and agriculture land to the South; residential area, production forest and agriculture land to the East; residential area, production forest and agriculture land to the West.

The project covers about 426.38 ha with estimated population of 17,084 people and major functional areas of housing land, educational facilities, public building, commercial service, tree and landscape, resort, sports, traffic and others.

These facilities are planned basing on natural geography with modern and synchronous design. An open and ecological space will be created by integrating house, flower garden, trees, resting place and entertainment utilities…
