According to the Center of Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade), in the morning of June 9, several big supermarkets of MM Mega Market, Central Retail Group... started selling lychees on every store of the systems with the lowest price of 23,000 VND per kg (depending on each type of fruit).

Bac Giang lychees are sold at the store in MM Mega Market.

VinCommerce plans to buy 2,000 tonnes of Bac Giang lychees and distribute to 2,500 stores, VinMart and VinMart+ across the nation as well as on the e-commerce website.

Besides, the quantity of lychee sold at e-commerce platforms sharply increases up to thousands of tonnes on Sendo, Voso (Viettel Post), Tiki, Shopee, Postmart (VNpost), Lazada và Alibaba.com.

The province has consumed total quantity of over 60,000 tonnes of lychees, including 40,000 tonnes to domestic market and remaining volume to export to China, the US, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia among others.

Nearly 50,000 tonnes of Bac Giang lychees sold

(BGO) – As of June 6, Bac Giang province harvested and consumed nearly 50,000 tonnes of lychees, including more than 45,700 tonnes of early ripening lychees and 4,200 tonnes of main season fruits with the price of 12,000 – 32,000 VND per kg, reported the provincial Department of Industry and Trade. 

Hai Duong lychee exported to Thailand for first time

Ameii Vietnam JSC shipped 10 tonnes of Hai Duong fresh lychee to Thailand by sea on June 5, making it the first time the fruit has been exported to the Thai market.

Luc Ngan daily exports about 150 tonnes of lychee to Cambodia

(BGO) – According to the Division of Economy and Infrastructure in Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province), the district has recently set up 140 fixed weighting points which help sell more than 2,100 tonnes of lychee per day, mostly in the communes of Phuong Son, Hong Giang, Giap Son, Phi Dien, My An, Tan Moc, Tan Quang and Dong Coc.
