A staff at the PAC who is assigned on duty at the division during the working hour will be in charge of welcoming the citizen and instructing them to handle the administrative procedure; receiving and solving the reflection and proposal from the individual and organization about the public task execution of the officer and public servants at the one stop shop as well as document handling result.

The citizens are instructed to handle the administrative procedure at the support division.

Besides, the staff consults on using Zalo in handling the administrative formalities; applying document online at level 3 and 4; sending and receiving results via free public post service.

The provincial Public Administrative Center operate the support division to handle the administrative procedure.

The operation of the support division helps enhance the serving quality of the provincial PAC.

The People’s Committee of Hanoi has approved a plan to simplify 71 administrative procedures in judicial, construction, planning and investment, industry and trade, and natural resources and environment areas, according to municipal authorities.
