Bac Giang lychees sold at high price in Thailand

(BGO) – According
to Central Retail Group, the Group has sold Bac Giang lychees at Top Mart
supermarket chain in Bangkok Thailand at 230,000 VND (10 USD) per kg.
Since June 8, Central Retail Group has delivered dozens of tonnes of Bac Giang lychees to supply to the supermarket chains in Vietnam and Thailand.

As schedule from now till the end of season, the Group commits to consuming 100 tonnes of Bac Giang special fruit, mostly to Thailand market, which is an important event to help promote the consumption and increase the value of provincial lychee.
As of June 9, the province sold more than 67,300 tonnes of lychees in which over 43,000 tonnes were sold domestically and 24,300 tonnes were exported with the price of 15,000 – 30,000 VND per kg.

Bac Giang lychee safe from Covid-19
As the latest outbreak of Covid-19 continues to make its presence felt in Bac Giang province, local lychee growers are focusing on protecting their crop. A host of measures have been adopted to ensure their lychees are safe from the disease.
Bac Giang early ripening lychee exported to 8 countries and region
(BGO) – According to the Department of
Industry and Trade, as of June 7, the province consumed more than 53,000 tonnes
of lychees, 35 percent of which were exported to 8 countries and region.
Nearly 50,000 tonnes of Bac Giang lychees sold
(BGO) – As of June 6,
Bac Giang province harvested and consumed nearly 50,000 tonnes of lychees,
including more than 45,700 tonnes of early ripening lychees and 4,200 tonnes of
main season fruits with the price of 12,000 – 32,000 VND per kg, reported the
provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
Luc Ngan daily exports about 150 tonnes of lychee to Cambodia
(BGO) – According to the Division of
Economy and Infrastructure in Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province), the
district has recently set up 140 fixed weighting points which help sell more
than 2,100 tonnes of lychee per day, mostly in the communes of Phuong Son, Hong
Giang, Giap Son, Phi Dien, My An, Tan Moc, Tan Quang and Dong Coc.
Bac Giang lychees promoted at "Vietnamese Goods Week at AEON" in Japan
(BGO) - Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Vu Hong Nam on June 4 had
an online working session with Governor of Kagoshima prefecture Shiota Koichi
to discuss ways to develop economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and the
Japanese locality.
