Basing on the operational situation, the banks have actively worked with the districts of Luc Ngan, Tan Yen, Luc Nam, Yen The and Son Dong to define the demand for bank loan then balanced, prioritised and satisfied enough capital demand for clients.

Bac Giang province expects for another bumper lychee harvest season this year.

To date, some commercial banks have prepared loan plans for lychee consuming and processing, such as Vietcombank Bac Giang (about 1.5 trillion VND), Vietinbank Bac Giang (about 300 billion VND), Agribank Bac Giang provincial branch (300 billion VND) among others.

As schedule, the commercial banks will assign suitable officials and transaction network, prioritize in interest to ensure timely disbursement and payment for clients.

This year, the province yields about 180,000 tonnes of lychee. The harvest time is expected from May 20 to July 20.

Recently, the provincial People’s Committee has focused on directing the competent agencies and localities to implement solutions, create optimal condition for businesses and traders to survey, buy and consume lychees.
