(BGO) - The Immigration Department
(Ministry of Public Security) has replied Bac Giang provincial Department of
Foreign Affairs to allow foreigners to entry Vietnam.
Accordingly, the Immigration Department allowed 103 Chinese traders to entry Vietnam to buy lychee in Bac Giang province. They will receive visa at Huu Nghi Border gate, Lang Son province with VR sign.

Apart from these cases, as of May 10, Luc Ngan district People’s Committee received the registration list of nearly 30 Chinese business persons to enter Vietnam and buy lychee at Luc Ngan district. They are now proceeding procedure of entry registration.
According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the province expects for another bumper lychee harvest season this year with estimated productivity of over 160,000 tonnes. Thanks to experienced growers in Bac Giang, local lychees have high quality and good look which are preferred by Chinese customers.
For years, Chinese traders have entered Vietnam, cooperated with Vietnamese partners to buy the fruits and consume at their native market. Due to Covid-19 complicated development in 2021 in Vietnam, a few of traders came to buy lychee.
The direct purchasing activities by Chinese traders will help facilitate the lychee consumption in Bac Giang this year.

Party Committee and People’s Committee (Bac Giang province) held a conference
themed “Joining hands to consume Luc Ngan lychee in 2022” under the chair of
Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee (PPC), Chairwoman of
provincial People’s Council Le Thi Thu Hong and other leaders.
Bac Giang inks agreement to export Luc Ngan lychee to Europe
(BGO) - In Cau Den village, Thanh
Hai commune, Viet France Agriculture Land Joint Stock Company (VFAL) has inked
cooperative agreement with three lychee cooperatives and collectives in the
communes of Thanh Hai, Quy Son and Tan Son (Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang
province) to supply and consume Luc Ngan lychee to Europe in 2022.
Tan Yen produces safe lychee to ease consumption
(BGO) - This
year, Tan Yen district (Bac Giang province) expects another bumper lychee harvest
season. Preparing to export special fruit to foreign countries, the competent
agencies and people in the district have focused on producing safe lychee
and enhancing its quality.

Giang expects to have a bumper lychee harvest this year but the consumption
seems to encounter a lot of difficulties. The province has renovated the trade
promotion event to suit current situation, especially to bring lychee to new
market, including the US.
