Zoning planning task approved to build Yen The golf course, entertainment and resort urban area
BAC GIANG - The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has just issued a Decision approving for the zonning planning task to build Yen The golf course, entertainment and resort urban area in Yen The district, Bac Giang province with the scale 1/2,000.
Accordingly, the planning research area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Tien Thang commune and Tam Tien commune in Yen The district.

It borders the agricultural and forestry land in Tam Tien commune to the North, non-public Social Protection Facility No. 9 and the residential area of Tien Trung village, Tien Thang commune to the South, the residential area of Ho Luong village, Tien Thang commune to the East and the provincial road 294B to the West.
It covers about 414 hectares with expected population of about 1,000-1,500 people. This area aims to be an entertainment resort urban model associated with Cau Re lake golf course in Yen The district.
The items for investment and construction include technical infrastructure works such as internal roads, parking lots, water supply, drainage, power supply, lighting, communications, garbage stations, waste water treatment stations together with houses, flower gardens and amusement parks among others.
