The plan is aimed to appropriately and timely implement the housing rental support policy in accordance with the Decision 08.

Employees who are currently renting house and working in industrial parks and export processing zones shall be entitled to a housing rental assistance.

Accordingly, the Decision 08 is applied in the entire province. Of which, it should be noted that the beneficiaries are labourers with employment relationship who are renting houses and working in the industrial parks in Bac Giang province.

The assistance must ensure the principles of timely manner, right beneficiaries and transparency without profiteering from the policy. Those who do not require for support will not receive support. Each worker is supported once a month within 3 months.

In case a worker working for many employers under labour contract, he will receive support at the place where they participate in compulsory social insurance. The payment will be transacted through the employer’s bank account.

According to the Decision 08, employees who are currently renting house and working in industrial parks and export processing zones established under the Governmental Decree No 82/2018/ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 shall be entitled to a housing rental assistance of VND 500,000 VND (21.7 USD) per person/month
