Bach Mai Hospital will assist in training to improve professional and technical skills as well as basic and advanced management for 72 health workers from Bac Giang province in the following specialties: Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Infectious Diseases, Ophthalmology, and ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat).

The hospital will also provide consultancy regarding the establishment of specialised departments and the delivery of high-quality medical services in Bac Giang based on the province’s needs.

Bac Giang province will coordinate with Bach Mai Hospital to organise charitable medical examination and treatment campaigns, visit and give gifts to the poor in especially disadvantaged communes, and organise health education and communication activities for officials and residents in the province. Both sides will also exchange delegations to share experience.

108 Military Central Hospital will provide training to improve professional and technical skills; basic and advanced management for 19 healthcare staff from Bac Giang province in such specialties as Basic Cerebral Vascular Intervention, Basic Microvascular and Neurovascular Surgery, Basic Nuclear Medicine, and Basic Joint Injection Techniques.

Additionally, the hospital will assist in implementing telemedicine services with healthcare facilities in the province when they are fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure and medical equipment.

It will also provide professional advice for cases beyond the professional capacity in the military recruitment examination process and support the launch and implementation of high-quality medical services in Bac Giang province.

Meanwhile, Hanoi Medical University Hospital will help with training to improve professional and technical skills; basic and advanced management for 10 medical staff from Bac Giang province in Interventional Endoscopy, Doppler Ultrasound of Blood Vessels, Ultrasound-Guided Intervention, Treatment of Andrology and Sexual Medicine Disorders, and Thyroid Surgery.

In addition, the hospital will assist in implementing telemedicine services with healthcare facilities in Bac Giang when they meet the required infrastructure and equipment standards.

It will also support periodic health check-ups for the province’s key leaders and cooperate with or assist the provincial healthcare sector in proposing, building, and implementing scientific research projects at the provincial and hospital levels.
