In order to soon bring the projects into use contributing to investment attraction and circulation of goods, he urged the contractors to reinforce human resources and facilities to build the overpass to Bac Ninh province in the area acquired from the local’s agricultural land while paying high concentration on building the pillars and drilled piers of Nhu Nguyet bridge project before rainy season.
Regarding 15 households related to residential land, the provincial Vice Chairman said next week he would work with the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province to seek solutions for removing obstacles and handing over land for construction.
In line with active engagement of the locality, the contractors need to make more efforts to open the bridge ahead Lunar New Year. Besides, the contractors need to implement safety measures to avoid accidents during the construction process.
According to provincial Vice Chairman Le O Pich, the main reason for slow progress of the projects is that the contractors have not reinforced sufficient machines, equipment, materials and labour force to implement successive construction. Besides, the construction methods of the contractors are not good enough, affecting living of the locals on the route.
He requested Viet Yen district to hand over all of the cleared land in June. If not, they will be criticized. In the sites having cleared land, the Project Management Board was urged to require the contractors to immediately construct the sewer and drainage systems and pave asphalt on the sections meeting conditions.
In addition, he directed Tan Yen district to surmount the obstacles to timely hand over the remaining land (about 200 metres) for the contractors to pave asphalt on the whole route crossing the district in late July.

On inspecting the road connecting National Highway 37, National Highway 17 and Vo Nhai, he requested Tan Yen district to absolutely complete land clearance of the main route with active involvement to hand over the remaining land.
For the main route across Yen The district, he highly evaluated the determination and efforts of the district in land clearance. Dealing with the 3 households living close to the road, the district needs to collaborate with related agencies to make documentation to put them into the list eligible for land clearance compensation to ensure the people’s safety.
Regarding the recommendations of Yen The district, the provincial Vice Chairman agreed to use fund for land clearance to remove the public buildings and not to build infrastructure of re-settlement areas for single households.
