World's second most beautiful island among 10 most welcoming destinations in Vietnam
Phu Quoc, voted world's second most beautiful island, was named one of 10 most welcoming destinations in Vietnam, according to a new report by Dutch-based travel agency Booking.com.
The ranking is part of the agency's annual Traveler Review Awards, which recognize 1.71 million accommodation partners, 1,329 car rental providers, and 124 taxi services across 212 countries and territories.

Based on over 360 million verified customer reviews, the awards honor travel partners that consistently provide outstanding hospitality and service, enhancing travelers' experiences.
Hoi An was the most welcoming destination this year, followed by Ninh Binh and Ha Giang.
Phu Quoc, voted the world's second most beautiful after the Maldives by readers of American magazine Travel+Leisure last year, received more than 2 million visitors, including 474,468 foreign tourists in the first quarter, a 66.5% year-on-year rise.
It eyes 1 million foreign arrivals by the end of this year.
